I just cleaned it with one of those "Magic Eraser" sponges. The only place I'm aware of that sells a control panel overlay is mamemarquees.com. I've never purchased an overlay from them, only a marquee for my MAME cabinet. Everyone that I've talked to is pleased with their work and I will probably get a quote from them on my All American Football control panel. John, the original on mine was in pretty good shape.
